Over 50 RBHS Cross Country, Band & Art students volunteered at the 5K RACe for Jen’s Kids on Saturday, August 29 in Riverside. All proceeds from the event went to the Riverside Arts Center & Jen's Kids, an outreach program that provides therapeutic art activities for children under hospital care. Mr. Forberg, Mr. O'Rourke & Mr. McOlgan helped volunteer too, while Ms. Cartledge, Mr. Grice & Mr. Jensen all took part in the 3.1 mile race. Mr. Jensen earned a third place prize in his age division & is proud to finally become an award winning runner. Thank you to all RBHS volunteers & congratulations Mr. Jensen! The 5K RACe for Jen's Kids could not have been a success without the help of the RBHS students and faculty!
