Dear Instrumental Community,
Wow! What a great trip to Cleveland! Students left for Cleveland on Friday after school. Saturday morning started out with a trip to see the house where "A Christmas Story" was filmed. students then were treated to a lunch and Cruise on Lake Erie and the river. after the cruise students toured the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. We then had dinner at Fat Fish Blue and the Jazz combo played for the dinner crowd. Then Saturday night we attended the Cleveland Symphony's presentation of Bruckner's 8th Symphony. On Sunday we traveled to Cedar Point where the marching band performed and then had the rest of the day to enjoy the park. Thank you to all the chaperons who helped supervise on the trip, Lena, our tour director, and our bus driver Jon for getting us everywhere safely.
Students interested in auditioning for IMEA next year should see Mr. McOlgan or Mr. Baum about acquiring their audition music and scale sheets.
